We are seeking a Full-time Associate Veterinarian to join our busy, progressive, energetic, client-centered hospital. New Graduates are welcome to apply as we have a great mentorship program that will be customized around you!
Our hospital is located in Apple Valley, California and has been voted ‘Best in the Desert’ for the past 20 years. Dr. Jessen opened the practice 34 years ago and continues to be an excellent source of experience for our team of doctors. Our goal is to provide the highest level of veterinary medicine through excellence in patient, client, and staff care. Our hospital is proud of our highly leveraged, well-trained technical staff. We are a friendly, full service, modern animal hospital with six exam rooms & the latest medical equipment, including digital x-ray, surgical laser, ultrasound, endoscopy, dental x-ray, videoscope, and a well-established, loyal clientele.
Our compensation package includes starting base salaries between $150,000 – $180,000 with generous sign-on and a relocation bonus up to $50,000 available. We are located in a friendly community in the high desert area of Southern California, approximately 90 miles east of Los Angeles. This region has approximately 327 days of sunshine annually, clean air, and a generally mild climate. We are 45 miles to Big Bear for snow skiing, water skiing, hiking, and other outdoor activities. Also, located just 1½ hours from downtown Los Angeles, breathtaking southern California beaches, world class attractions and about 2½ hours’ drive to San Diego or Las Vegas!
