We are seeking a dedicated, motivated Veterinary Rehabilitation Technician to join our Rehabilitation & Integrative Medicine Department. Whether you hold a Certified Canine Rehabilitation Practitioner (CCRP), Certified Canine Rehabilitation Therapist (CCRT), or are looking to pursue these certifications.

● Licensure Allowance: RVT, CCRP, or CCRT candidates
Qualifications
● Current Veterinary Technician license (RVT, CVT, or LVT) or eligibility for licensure in California
● Certification (or interest in pursuing certification) as a CCRP, CCRT, or similar rehabilitation
credential
● Strong interest in physical therapy, mobility support, and integrative medicine
● Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
● Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while ensuring patient safety
Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Patient Care
● Assist in rehabilitation therapies, including hydrotherapy, laser therapy, therapeutic exercises, and
massage
● Monitor patients undergoing treatments, ensuring safety and comfort
● Perform patient assessments and track progress using rehabilitation scoring systems
● Provide pre- and post-treatment care, including pain management and mobility support
Technical Expertise
● Operate and maintain rehabilitation equipment such as underwater treadmills, therapeutic
ultrasound, and neuromuscular stimulation devices
● Assist in acupuncture, manual therapy, and regenerative medicine procedures
● Maintain detailed and accurate medical records, rehabilitation plans, and patient progress notes
Education and Collaboration
● Educate clients on at-home exercises, post-operative care, and mobility support
● Work collaboratively with specialists, emergency clinicians, and veterinary technicians across
multiple disciplines
● Assist in training fellow technicians in rehabilitation techniques and patient handling
