Responsibilities:
– Provide emergency care to patients during overnight hours
– Oversee the care of in-house patients
– Collaborate with other veterinarians and veterinary technicians to provide comprehensive care
– Communicate effectively with clients and other team members
– Stay up-to-date with the latest medical knowledge and advancements
Requirements:
– DVM or equivalent degree from an accredited veterinary school
– Licensed or eligible for licensure in California
– Successfully completed Veterinary Internship Program
– Strong clinical skills and confidence in emergency procedures
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
– Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
