We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Medical Director to lead a dedicated and collaborative team. This is an excellent opportunity for a veterinarian who enjoys both practicing medicine and mentoring others while helping to guide the future of a growing hospital.
About the Role:
As Medical Director, you’ll play a key role in shaping hospital operations and medical standards. You’ll work closely with the leadership team to support a high level of patient care, build a strong team culture, and contribute to overall hospital growth and success.
Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting high-quality, ethical, and consistent medical care
- Leading, mentoring, and coaching associate veterinarians
- Partnering with the Practice Manager on business planning and operations
- Helping meet revenue goals and maintain efficiency
- Promoting a positive, team-focused environment
- Contributing to recruiting and retention efforts
What We’re Looking For:
- DVM or equivalent, licensed in Ohio
- 3+ years of clinical experience
- Prior leadership experience preferred, but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A team-oriented mindset and passion for helping others succeed
