We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Veterinary Medical Director to lead our multi-disciplinary specialty and emergency hospital.
This role is a unique opportunity for a motivated leader to oversee medical operations, mentor
veterinary teams, and drive clinical excellence while maintaining an active caseload. The Medical
Director will work collaboratively with specialists, emergency veterinarians, and hospital leadership to
ensure high-quality patient care, a positive team culture, and operational efficiency.

What We Are Looking For:
● DVM or equivalent degree from an accredited veterinary school
● Board-certified or experienced in a specialty and/or emergency setting
● Leadership experience in a specialty or emergency hospital setting preferred
● California veterinary licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
● Strong clinical, operational, and communication skills
● Ability to foster a culture of teamwork, learning, and high-level patient care
